Your Next Opportunity Might Already Know Your Name

You don’t need a CRM to stay in touch.

You need a rhythm—and a reason.

I use the 5-25-150 framework. But the number doesn’t matter if the contact feels forced.

The magic is how you show up in people’s inboxes, DMs, or conversations.
Here’s what works—for me and the founders we coach at Levership:

1. Lead with generosity.
Send value, not noise.
→ A podcast that made you think of them
→ A win they’d be proud to hear about
→ A resource they could actually use

It’s not a pitch. It’s a nudge that says: “I’m thinking of you.”

2. Use the 3 Cs.
Most great outreach has nothing to do with business.
→ Compliment: “Saw your post—your take on X was 🔥.”
→ Console: “Heard about your loss—thinking of you.”
→ Congratulate: “Big win. Well deserved.”

That’s it. No CTA. Just care.

3. Match the moment.
Not every touchpoint has to be a call.
→ Light: Share a link. Send a voice note. Drop a comment.
→ Mid: DM with a check-in. Make an intro.
→ Deep: Book a real conversation.

It’s about relevance, not repetition.

You don’t close deals you’re too distant to hear about.

The next opportunity might already know your name.

But if you don’t stay in touch—authentically—you’ll miss it.

Pick one name from your list today.

Reach out. No ask. No pitch. Just presence.

The ROI?

Exponential.
