As he walked me through his use of AI it became clear the math was right.
They were in the middle of a major negotiation. The QA relationship had soured. It required strategy, an in-person and written comms strategy.
This was a seasoned executive.
And their mastery combined with proper prompting allowed him to position the negotiation.
It allowed him to interact with cultures in the US, France, and Germany.
It allowed him to follow up in writing in a way that spoked to those different cultures.
They took threats to leave and sue and turned it into a wonderful win-win
and they locked in the next contract.

The higher up in the organization you are. The bigger your organization is. The more mastery you have (The stuff only you can do) the bigger the opportunity is for you to commandeer AI to have significant impact.
We’re all just learning how to use AI and what it means for the future of work.
We need those with the most amount of experience and have the most amount of reasonability to lead those in your charge through this era.
