The change is coming too fast, it is built on zero’s and one’s so you can’t geographically control it, and there is too many mixed messages for regulators to get their hands around guiding this transformation.
It is now left to every leader, in both the public and private sector, to integrate AI in a productive, profitable, and humane way.
There are plenty of jobs on the other side of this. But they won’t look the same. And that means new workflows, new skills, and new management capabilities.
