Last week I ate at a wonderful Korean Restaurant in Moncton – Isac’s, run by an incredible Korean couple. A Small but delightful menu. Highly recommend.
For my smoothies, I picked up frozen wild blueberries from Millen Farms in Nova Scotia and Tracy Bell‘s Millenia Tea for a healthy boost.
I grabbed some local Kombucha from Cove Soda as a fermented treat. I’m looking forward to trying their Gut Healthy Soda next.
In our Greek Yogurt Bowls we add Hemp Hearts to increase the protein level and other goodness. We changed brands this week to try Earthli Plant-Powered Superfoods Inc to support the Halifax business. I’m looking forward to trying it this evening.
This weekend we prioritized taking in a The Professional Women’s Hockey League Players Association game in Truro. This was a local event and it was awesome to have my daughter surrounded by strong women watching other women play the game of hockey at such a high level, including a goaltender from NB. It was wonderful for Canadian Gold Medallist and World Champion Micah Zandee-Hart to join us after the game for a quick chat and few photos. 🙂

Jonathan Kummer & Emily Ryan have an incredible potato farm Timber River Eco Farms – I picked up a bag for the next few months. I was disappointed not to see his and his father’s face.
