Hybrid, Mybrid, In-Office, Remote, Work from anywhere, Necessary Proximity.
We’re all rewriting the playbook. The increased optionality creates at least as much chaos as it does opportunity.
Where will this all end?
With increased optionality, comes the requirement to define what your culture will be.

The truth is proximity matters early in your career to speed the learning process. Remote matters most for those at a different stage in their career as they balance life and family. The paradoxes we much manage are many.
Kudos to the leader’s out there sorting this out.
Please remember, there are very few “bad” leaders and companies. Just a bunch of people sorting out how their organization is going to work in the post-pandemic world. You then have a choice to align with an organization that best suits you.
