In a world of relative abundance. In a world where you can recreate yourself many times. In a world where we have changing priorities as we progress in life. And in a world where we’re in a constant state of change (our bodies and brains).
Is it any wonder that COVID, and the isolation it has forced, has many of us rethinking what matters in this world.
Those are all healthy thoughts.
What is not healthy is the paralysis that it can impose.
Three quick thoughts on reflecting:
1. It starts with Why – Write our a draft of your personal why
2. Describe your life in 10 years
3. ID the one are area that you want to change in service of a better you tomorrow
If you don’t write it down, it isn’t real.
