The Science is clear though:
1. We all benefit from habits and routines that help put things that serve us on automatic.
2. We all have individual Circadian Rhythms (A Chronotype) that suits our own make up better. (read: 5am does not work for everyone).
Own your Personal Aim.
Own the things you need to get done to make it work.
and Own the structure of your week to best serve your working style.
