What must get done this week?

When you’re (cognitively) tired, which is most of the time, your calendar will guide you. If you schedule it, you’ll ease into it.

If you use the power of your own circadian rhythm, you’ll amplify what you get done in a day.

Schedule the bigger hairy stuff early.

Schedule the stuff you like later in the day – It’s easy for you or you like it so you don’t need much energy.

Cut viciously, the stuff, that fills your calendar with no clear purpose.

Meetings you must attend, look to cut them from 60 minutes (a human default to 25 – 45 minutes).

Manage the minutes and the days take care of themselves.
