I have met so few people who are conniving and ill-intentioned. Almost no one says, “I can’t wait to show up late, do a terrible job, leave early and brag about what I got away with.” And they soon opt out of my world anyway.
Giving people an A is about trusting intention from the start. It is about giving people the benefit of the doubt. You don’t have to prove it with me. I will happily trust you, your intentions, and your work ethic. Now Let’s get to work together.
It’s easy to be a skeptic.
