No, seriously, can you see the plan you have for the year by revenue, by service/product, by customer type?
Do you have the internal capability to deliver it?
Can you sell it?
If you can’t see that plan, your ability to execute does not matter.
You will constantly run into problems that will be disguised as something else – skill, idiocy, materials, client demands, etc…
The reality – You had no plan.
If that sounds like edge… You’re right.
