Having the answer doesn’t matter.
Aligning on the problem.
Working together on the solution.
Ensuring those who own the work also own the creation of the solution is the only way to ensure long-lasting change.
No matter how many times you learn this lesson, it’s a hard one to have to learn over and over again.
