Not everyone would say that about me.
This little note came from a leader who I admire. One who runs a successful organization. One who has a growth mindset and always challenges themselves to go a bit deeper.
This is where I want to play.
Leaders with a growth mindset, looking to become better versions of themselves so they can show up for their businesses in a clear and consistent way to help the organization thrive.
I had to go through my own transformation personally. I continue to grow. I’m trying to share as much as I can with other leaders.
This is just a reminder that there are many ways to get to 9.
That you won’t appeal to everyone.
But that you WILL connect with some, in the right way, and at the right time.
And then you can get at co-creating value. And making each others lives better.
