2. AI Integration – How the heck do I actually keep up to date and integrate when the world is shifting on the topic every week?
3. Leading, Building, rebuilding, and energizing teams. How do I give enough clarity of what I offer – Purpose/Impact, Total Comp (fixed, base plus commission?), Work Life Integration priorities?, remote/hybrid/in-office?)
It is quite a vortex to lead and create within.
