The Right Time Is When It Costs More To Wait Than To Act.

I’ve gotten about a dozen replies to my Revenue Rhythm Program emails this week.

Most aren’t saying “no.”

They’re saying “not yet.”

The reason? Almost always the same:

“I don’t have time for this right now.”

I get it. You’re slammed. Your calendar is full. The idea of adding a 4-week program feels impossible.

But here’s what I want you to consider:
The reason you don’t have time is exactly why you need this.

A construction services owner told me in September: “Matt, I can’t do this right now. I’m underwater.”

60-hour weeks. Every proposal needed his review. Every estimate required his input.

I asked: “How many hours a week on proposal work?”

“Maybe 8-10 hours.”

“Client research before sales calls?”

“Another 4-5.”

“Following up on stalled quotes?”

“Too many.”

He was spending 15-20 hours per week on sales activities that AI could reduce by 60-70%.

That’s 500 hours per year.

I said: “You don’t have time NOT to do this.”
So what happened?

He joined the fall Levership cohort (our year-long intensive for time starved, overworked founders).

Month 1: Built a client scorecard. Realized 35% of his sales time was going to prospects who’d never be profitable.

Month 2: Set up AI prospecting. Cut pre-call research from 45 minutes to 8 minutes.

Month 3: Established a Monday pipeline review. 30 minutes gave him visibility he’d never had.

Next Month – He’s set to automate proposals. Cut turnaround from 3 days to 4 hours.

Total time saved per week: 11 hours.

His exact words: “I can’t believe I almost didn’t do this because I was ‘too busy.'”

Now, my team has designed the Revenue Rhythm Program to shrink that timeline down to about a month. It requires:

2 hours per week × 4 weeks = 8 hours
2-3 hours implementation between sessions = 8-12 hours
Total: 16-20 hours over 4 weeks

Compare that to what you’re spending NOW on:
Manual prospect research
Writing proposals from scratch
Chasing stuck quotes
Figuring out “which AI tool?” on your own

You’re already spending the time. You’re just not getting a return on it.

Four weeks from now, you’ll either:
A) Still be spending 15+ hours a week on manual sales work, hoping things get better

or

B) Have a system giving you 10+ hours back per week while improving your close rate

The time investment is the same either way.

The difference is what you get for it.

We start Friday, November 28th.

$997 CAD. Four weeks. 10 spots total.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” here’s the truth:

The right time is when it costs more to wait than to act.

Drop me a DM and I’ll send you the link to register.

The irony isn’t lost on me that the objection is “I don’t have time” and the solution literally gives you time back. But that’s the paradox of systems work. You have to invest time to create time.

The question is: will you do it systematically with guidance, or will you keep trying to figure it out in the stolen moments between client emergencies?
