That is the one part of business that I find exhausting.
We have an offering – Levership. It unlocks so much value. One of our clients increased their net profit by 900% last year. It’s a ridiculous number. But I’ve seen similar results over and over again. And best of all, they really only made 4 major changes in a year.
But they were the right changes. In the right order.
Most organizations die of indigestion. Good intentions, trying to do to much with too little focus and attention.
And so that is the battle – getting in front of enough business owners to help them see what they hadn’t seen before. Helping them understand the power of investing in their organization to unlock the value.
I mean look around – There are organizations who do what you do that are not struggling nearly as much as you are. They are doing something differently.
In a noisy world, it is very difficult to get permission.
