I “PhD read” it It’s fascinating. I will come back to it many times.
But the title says it all.
53% Global Adoption. 88% of businesses are trying to integrate.
How do we as leaders lead the transformation?
Here are the trends you need to know:
1. We’re moving from pilots to system wide deployments.
2. Which means, we’re moving from task acceleration to re-engeering workflows.
3. The Public (your staff) has high excitement about potential and is very worried about the consequences. The Public Anticipation/Friction Paradox
4. Governance frameworks and Education Systems lag behind Model Capabilities. That means integration in a responsible (but with pace) manner is the challenge of leadership.
