He tells it better than I ever could.

A business leader who attended one of our AI workshops sent this to me unprompted last week.

I’m sharing most of it, because he said I could  and because it makes a better case for what I do than anything I could write myself.

Back in March, Ron told me he’d built “Rosie”.

It’s an AI dispatcher for his office equipment business. Fully wired into eAutomate, the ERP the whole industry runs on.

700 calls handled in six weeks. 90%+ positive sentiment.

He said “you were the inspiration.”

I thought that was the story.

Then he wrote back again last week.

Rosie now answers 100% of his inbound calls, up from 80% going to voicemail pre-AI. From manual transcription to the transactions now building themselves. The follow-up emails send themselves.

Think about that impact on the customers.

And somewhere in there, Ron started a second company.

All Calls Matter

AI voice, chat, email, and text. Built for the office technology industry first, but he’s already fielding interest from others. Five dealers mid-install. Five more committed.

He called it his “awakening.” Then joked he’d caught the “Matt Symes AI flu.”

I didn’t teach Ron Taylor to build an API into a 20-year-old ERP system. I didn’t teach him to spin up a company around it.

I just handed him a different question to ask about his business.

What’s the “Rosie” hiding in your operation right now?
