From Hours of Prep to Minutes of Impact

Prepping for a client day used to take 6 or 7 hours of work. Now it takes me about 25 minutes.

Back and forth with my team, building the deck, pulling research, making it all make sense.

Yet now I can achieve in 0.05% of the time. Same quality of output.

Steal my process:

I sent a prompt to Perplexity Computer with a past presentation, some research I had, and a one-line explanation of what the next day needed to accomplish. Asked it to help me put a deck together.

It gave me a deck. The layout was fantastic. The aesthetic needed work.

So I brought it into Google Slides, cleaned up the visuals with Gemini, pulled in a few slides from other decks and NotebookLM.

Done.

That’s 10-80-10 in practice.

10% upfront to frame the problem clearly. 80% AI to do the heavy lift. 10% at the end to verify and make it yours.

And notice what I still owned: the judgment.

I knew what the day needed to accomplish. I knew which slides to add. I knew when it was done. AI ran on that expertise. It didn’t replace it.

That’s the thing most people miss. The reason the 25 minutes worked is because the 15 years of experience was already in the room.

This is the opportunity sitting in front of you right now.
