We’re on the last lap.
And I’m grateful for the wisdom, the seasons we’ve spent together – son, mentor, colleague, grandfather, and the legacy he has created.
It’s not the way we would have drawn it up. But that is rarely life. “You have to deal with the world the way it is, not the way you wished it was.”
Just one of the many lessons I’ll take forward.
