If you start with AI, the tools, or popcorn implementations everywhere, it won’t do anything for your organization.
That’s what we’re seeing everywhere right now.
AI integration is a leadership challenge. It’s a strategic challenge.
It’s about picking what the organization of the future looks like.
It’s about defining how you create value and then it’s about re-engineering and rewiring those workflows so they create more value with AI integrated.
My hope is that you start to look at your organization and ask yourself some more serious questions:
What value do we create, and for who?
How much are they willing to pay for that value?
What’s the value of solving that problem?
How do I, with my current people and tools, solve that problem? What does that look like with AI integrated? What does that look like with agentic integration, when AI can do multiple steps of that?
That’s what the smart leaders are asking. That’s what the leaders who are actually getting the ROI are asking.
They’re not buying their people tools and hope.
