I’ve been working with Deep Research on OpenAI since its release. It has saved me so much time and it has significantly increased the quantity and quality of sources I’m using to inform our analyses.
It is changing the role of “the human in the loop.”
Part of the reason, I think, that it has worked so well for me is the years I spent in academia and the queries / prompts I’m using.
Reid Hoffman‘s new book – superagency – has me mostly excited for this future we’re headed toward. While recognizing that we have much to learn about how to interact in our rapidly evolving world.
But this is now coming for all knowledge work. And we all need to be aware of how it will impact our lives.
